At the seminar " Sustainable development trends in the instant food industry today " organized by Vietnam Women's Newspaper, Mr. Pham Trung Thanh - Head of External Relations, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company - shared: Currently, consumers' demand for products is increasing but also more stringent in choosing products. Therefore, Acecook Vietnam constantly innovates and improves production to best meet the needs of customers of all ages. Not only limited to traditional instant noodle products, the company has expanded to new foods such as vermicelli, rice noodles, pho and hu tieu. These products provide low calories, suitable for customers with healthy drinking regimens, especially women, and also provide a variety of food options for consumers.

Along with that, the company also adds nutritional ingredients to instant noodles, through the use of ingredients with added ingredients made from potatoes and peas. The company also promotes the development of bowls, cups, and trays with toppings made from vegetables, meat, and shrimp dried by freeze-drying method, helping to preserve the nutritional value for consumers' convenient meals.
Acecook's instant noodles for children are supplemented with calcium, providing 1/3 of children's daily calcium needs.
In addition, Acecook also promotes the use of products fortified with micronutrients. Instant noodles and porridge products for children are supplemented with 230mg of calcium and 7g of soluble fiber Inulin, providing 1/3 of children's daily calcium and fiber needs. Vermicelli products are also supplemented with vitamin B12. As for the main product Hao Hao noodles, all are supplemented with 330mg of calcium, meeting the daily calcium needs of adults.
Efforts to protect the environment in production and consumption
Environmental protection is the responsibility of every business. Acecook Vietnam has proactively pioneered in applying environmentally friendly measures, from the production process to product packaging. The company has improved its products from plastic cups to paper cups, used bioplastic forks (components from starch), and researched environmentally friendly packaging materials. In particular, the company has gradually limited the use of fossil fuels that are gradually depleting and used clean, environmentally friendly energy sources such as solar energy and clean gas, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and saving energy.

In addition to environmental protection activities within the company, Acecook Vietnam also wishes to spread this awareness among each employee and expand it to the community.
One of the outstanding campaigns is "Continue the life of plastic cups", which encourages employees and consumers to recycle plastic products into useful items in a creative and simple way.
