The Department of Construction of Da Nang has coordinated with the Department of Finance, the Department of Home Affairs, the Management Board of investment projects for construction of civil, industrial and technical infrastructure works and investors of social housing projects to review 9 social housing projects outside of public investment capital in the area with a total of 10,774 apartments.
Da Nang City People's Committee requested to complete the construction of blocks A and B of the An Trung 2 low-income apartment project in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Realizing that the progress of these two projects is still slow, the Department of Construction of Da Nang is reporting and advising the City People's Committee to continue issuing documents urging the DMC-579 Joint Venture to focus on mobilizing resources to speed up the construction progress, ensuring completion according to the committed schedule.
Regarding the social housing project at land plots B4-1, B4-2 of Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area (1,564 apartments), Thu Do Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company reported that it is carrying out procedures to adjust the project's detailed planning at the People's Committee of Lien Chieu district and committed to completing the procedures to start the project in October 2025.
For the social housing project at apartment building No. 3, Area B, Nam Cau Cam Le residential area and the social housing project at apartment building No. 5, Area B, Nam Cau Cam Le residential area (1,955 apartments), the Department of Construction of Da Nang requested the project management board to urgently complete the bidding evaluation dossier and submit it to the Department of Finance for appraisal of the investor selection results before April 12. In particular, it is noted that the investor must commit to a specific schedule and strive to start the project in December 2025.
Pursuant to the Decision dated April 4, 2025 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City approving the investment policy of the social housing project at land plot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son (649 apartments). The Department of Construction of Da Nang requested the Project Management Board to promptly select investors in accordance with regulations, striving to complete in October 2025. In particular, it is noted that investors are required to commit to a specific schedule, striving to start the project in the first quarter of 2026.
For 4 social housing projects at lot A1-7 Chu Huy Man street; lot A2-4 Ngu Hanh Son street and the road leading to Tien Son bridge; land of Hoa Minh apartment complex and lot B3 in area E (phase 1) of residential area Nam Cam Le bridge (total about 3,000 apartments), Da Nang Department of Construction requested the Department of Finance to prioritize the appraisal of documents requesting approval of investment policies for the projects, and submit them to the City People's Committee in April 2025.
At the same time, the Management Board of investment projects for construction of civil, industrial and technical infrastructure works is requested to focus on selecting investors in accordance with regulations, striving to complete in October 2025. In particular, it is noted that investors are required to commit to a specific schedule, striving to start the project in the first quarter of 2026.
