From being unfamiliar with the form of collecting stamps to exchange for gifts, many consumers now look forward to participating in the program, collecting stamps to "hunt" for high-quality, bargain-priced household items from prestigious brands from Germany, France, Italy...
Eager to collect stamps to exchange for gifts
On the very first day of the program, Ms. Le Thi Khanh (living in Binh Thanh district) was present early at Co.opmart Rach Mieu (Phu Nhuan district) to "admire" the new gift set.
"I often follow the supermarket's promotional information through the Facebook fanpage. As soon as I saw this year's program posted, I immediately went to see what's interesting this year," Ms. Khanh excitedly shared.
Ms. Khanh still clearly remembers the items she exchanged in previous years. She listed: "The family's glass bowl and plate set exchanged before the pandemic is still in good condition. The glass is thick, not scratched or discolored.
The non-stick pan and the stainless steel pot set with glass lid are still durable after being replaced. Even though I have many pans at home, this one is light, durable, non-stick, and great for cooking.
Not only Ms. Khanh, many consumers are also eager to participate in collecting stamps to exchange for supermarket gifts. Ms. Nguyen Thi Trinh (living in Phu Nhuan district) said that the Italian laptop backpack she exchanged in 2023 is still beautiful and fashionable.
"The elegant black backpack is easy to match with other clothes and doesn't get dirty. The design is simple but convenient, has many compartments, can hold both a laptop and personal items, and can be used for a long time without breaking," Ms. Trinh shared.
This year, Ms. Trinh decided not only to participate alone but also invited her whole family to join the program. "My maternal grandparents also shop at the supermarket regularly. I reminded my siblings to collect stamps after each shopping trip to redeem gifts this year," Ms. Trinh said.
Meanwhile, Ms. Pham Thu Trang (living in District 3) learned about the supermarket's "exchange stamps for gifts" program after seeing her sister exchange for a set of very high-quality knives and scissors that were still sharp after a year of use.
"Before, I thought that collecting stamps would be cumbersome and easy to lose paper stamps. But after seeing my sister redeem gifts, I realized that just by shopping, you can conveniently collect stamps, stamps can be collected right on the app very quickly. When you have enough stamps, you just need to pay a little money to redeem gifts," Ms. Trang shared.
According to information from Saigon Co.op, the "Collect stamps to exchange for gifts" program will last more than five months, from March 31 to August 31 for collecting stamps and from March 31 to September 14 for exchanging gifts.
Specifically, each bill from 200,000 VND at the supermarket systems Co.opmart, Co.opXtra, Co.op Food... or Co.op online will receive a stamp. When collecting enough 10 stamps, customers can pay more money to exchange for corresponding products.
