The parade rehearsal in celebration of the 50th anniversary of national reunification of more than 5,200 military officers and soldiers in 4 clusters across the country took place on the morning of March 25 to continue evaluating the results, drawing experience from training work, and serving as a basis for units to continue training forces participating in parades and marches.

At cluster 1 at National Military Training Center 4 (My Duc District, Hanoi), more than 1,900 cadres, soldiers, officers, and militiamen in 2 standing blocks and 14 walking blocks participated in joint training in new military uniforms.

After watching the joint training session, General Phan Van Giang acknowledged and congratulated the efforts of all forces participating in the joint training and parade. He also presented gifts to the units participating in the parade and march, then went to each group of soldiers to kindly visit, encourage, check their uniforms and equipment; and asked the soldiers about their circumstances, hometowns, and difficulties during the training.
At the Air Defense - Air Force unit, General Phan Van Giang assessed that the uniforms of the soldiers were very beautiful, however, they needed to be more neat and careful. At the female military band unit, he tried on the soldiers' gloves, played the drums and gave compliments to the female soldiers.
Visiting the Northern female militia, General Phan Van Giang asked about their hometowns and families, and directly answered questions raised by the female militia.
"On the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory, the Southern female guerilla bloc had female students volunteer to participate and ask to reserve two semesters of university because this is a once-in-a-lifetime event," the general gave an example to encourage the soldiers.

At the female peacekeeping unit, the general praised the female soldiers for being good at many languages, even Spanish, which is difficult to learn, but it is not a problem for the soldiers. Being good at foreign languages will help the soldiers have favorable conditions during the peacekeeping mission.
With the female information soldiers, the Minister of National Defense shared about the characteristics of the industry and said that he had previously spent 6 months working on information missions and received a certificate of merit from his superiors. He encouraged the female soldiers that during training, they would have the opportunity to... meet their other half.
Encouraged by General Phan Van Giang, the female soldiers expressed their joy and wished to shake hands and take photos with the Minister and leaders of units in the Ministry of National Defense. This wish was immediately agreed to by General Phan Van Giang amid the cheers of the female soldiers.
According to plan, in early April, soldiers at National Military Training Center 4 will move to Ho Chi Minh City to train with other units.
