This is the 8th joint training session to continue evaluating results, drawing experience from training work, and serving as a basis for units to continue training forces participating in parades and marches in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) to achieve the best results.

In his speech, General Phan Van Giang congratulated and commended the initial achievements of the forces participating in the joint training to prepare for the parade.

General Phan Van Giang emphasized: "The time until the anniversary celebration is not long, we need to make the greatest effort to complete the task well, ensuring it is commensurate with the scale and stature of the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification."

General Phan Van Giang requested to take advantage of every moment to practice.

General Phan Van Giang requested officers and soldiers participating in the parade to continue to actively practice and master the command movements according to the tasks of each block and each force; closely combine training and joint training, overcome all difficulties, take advantage of all time to practice, and strictly observe discipline.

Promoting the results from the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, the training process, each individual, each line, each block needs to demonstrate the spirit of solidarity, ensure unity, solemnity, and demonstrate the discipline and strength of the Vietnam People's Army after 50 years of national reunification.

The team of teachers continues to closely monitor and grasp the results to make adjustments, learn from experience and strictly maintain the regimes; conduct training and joint exercises to ensure absolute safety for people and weapons and equipment.

Regarding the task of organizing and commanding the mobile forces to Ho Chi Minh City, General Phan Van Giang requested that the command work must be strictly, safely and absolutely ensured. Upon arriving at the assembly location, it is necessary to quickly stabilize the accommodation and food position to be ready for phase 3 training (general training, preliminary review, general rehearsal and official tasks).

Along with preparing the command post to command and operate the forces, agencies and units focus on doing a good job of building combat readiness plans; organizing specific and tight coordination, ensuring absolute safety for the celebration.

General Phan Van Giang requested the General Department of Logistics and Technology to ensure adequate and comprehensive means and technical equipment for forces participating in parades and marches.

In addition to focusing on ensuring that soldiers can perform their duties in Ho Chi Minh City, there should be solutions to strictly manage weapons and equipment used in training, to prevent loss or damage and to ensure absolute safety. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain good environmental sanitation, ensure food hygiene and safety, improve the quality of meals, and take good care of soldiers' health.

It is known that in the first week of April 2025, the military forces participating in the parade are training at cluster 1 (National Military Training Center 4 - Hanoi), cluster 2 (Military Region 5 - Da Nang) and some security elements will march on 5 trains to the South, to practice in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.
