This is the 8th joint training session to continue evaluating results, drawing experience from training work, and serving as a basis for units to continue training forces participating in parades and marches in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) to achieve the best results.

Regarding the task of organizing and commanding the mobile forces to Ho Chi Minh City, General Phan Van Giang requested that the command work must be strictly, safely and absolutely ensured. In addition to focusing on ensuring that soldiers can perform their duties in Ho Chi Minh City, there should be solutions to strictly manage weapons and equipment used in training, to prevent loss or damage and to ensure absolute safety. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain good environmental sanitation, ensure food hygiene and safety, improve the quality of meals, and take good care of soldiers' health.

It is known that in the first week of April 2025, the military forces participating in the parade are training at cluster 1 (National Military Training Center 4 - Hanoi), cluster 2 (Military Region 5 - Da Nang) and some security elements will march on 5 trains to the South, to practice in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.
