Although Apple will not launch the iPhone 16 series until September 2024, up to now, a lot of information about the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models has been continuously leaked.
Accordingly, the appearance of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max is almost unchanged compared to the previous version. However, MacRumors ' source said that Apple will increase the screen size for this duo.
First is the screen size: Apple will likely increase the screen size for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max duo.
Specifically, the iPhone 16 Pro will have a 6.3-inch screen instead of 6.1 inches in the previous version and the iPhone 16 Pro Max will have a 6.9-inch screen instead of 6.7 inches like the previous version.
A notable upgrade in the iPhone 16 Pro version is that it will be equipped with a telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom - a feature that was only equipped on the previous iPhone 15 Pro Max.
MacRumors page commented that the reason for increasing the iPhone 16 Pro screen size is to make space for the new camera design.
As for the buttons, Apple is said to have considered a few different layouts during development but ultimately settled on a layout where all the buttons are on the same side, except for the new Capture button on the right edge of the device.
This button will be located below the power button. This is similar to the "Action" button Apple equipped for the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max duo launched last year.
