On May 17, news from the Office of the People's Committee of Vinh Long province said that Mr. Nguyen Van Liet - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision to establish an inspection team to verify the construction process of the housing investment project in Khang Thi residential area of ​​P&G Real Estate Company Limited (headquartered at Hamlet 1, Ward 8, Vinh Long City).

The inspection team was led by Mr. Duong Van Bay, Deputy Chief Inspector of Vinh Long province.

The delegation was established to inspect and verify the construction process of the housing investment project in Khang Thi residential area.

The units and individuals inspected this time are P&G Real Estate Company Limited, Ward 2 People's Committee; Vinh Long City People's Committee; Department of Construction; Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Department of Planning and Investment and units and individuals related to the inspection content.

The inspection team is responsible for conducting inspections and verifying the entire construction process of the Khang Thi residential area investment project of P&G Real Estate Company Limited. The inspection results must be reported to the Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee.

Previously, P&G Real Estate Company Limited was administratively fined many times by the People's Committee of Vinh Long province with a total amount of hundreds of millions of VND for the acts of arbitrarily building houses and illegal roads on agricultural land and aquaculture land; implementing the project before the investment policy was approved at the same time as the investor was approved...

As Nguoi Dua Tin reported, Khang Thi neighborhood is located on the frontage of Nguyen Hue Street, Ward 2, Vinh Long City. This neighborhood is built on a plot of land in the middle of a residential area with an area of ​​about 6,800 m2. Of which, there are more than 3,485 m2 of land for perennial crops and more than 794 m2 of land for aquaculture to make roads and use for housing construction...

In addition, the company also arbitrarily accepted the transfer of land use rights from an individual with a total area of ​​6,764.8 square meters to carry out a project that was not approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

Khang Thi Quarter is built with 42 European-style townhouses, each with 3 floors, floor area from 220 - 240m2, offered for sale by the investor at a price of billions of dong per unit.
