Hai Duong approves housing project worth nearly 2,800 billion VND

The project construction scale includes 228 townhouses (5 and 6 floors), 15 commercial townhouses (5 floors); 3 mixed-use high-rise apartment blocks (19, 21, 23 floors); 1 social housing project with a scale of 15 floors. The population size is about 3,000 people.

The total area of ​​the project land is 81,151 m2, and the site clearance has been completed. Of which, more than 10,291 m2 of mixed-use high-rise residential land, more than 25,270 m2 of townhouse land, more than 6,500 m2 of social housing land. In addition, there are more than 32,300 m2 of traffic land, more than 5,200 m2 of green land, 225 m2 of memorial land...

It is expected that Hai Duong will choose the form of land use rights auction to select investors to implement the project. The winning bidder is responsible for investing and constructing technical infrastructure works, leveling the ground, traffic, drainage and wastewater systems, lighting, etc.

The project will be completed within 36 months from the date the investor is handed over the land; the project's operating period is 50 years.
