Located in the center of Binh Phuc commune, Tat Vien village has a total natural area of ​​43.7 hectares; currently has 714 households/2,530 people. In 2021, the village launched a model new rural construction campaign and has so far achieved 10/10 criteria, and is proposing to be recognized as meeting the standards in 2024.

During the process of building new rural areas, Tat Vien village mobilized 197 households to voluntarily donate more than 3,000m2 ^of land and architectural structures to build new 2.5km of rural roads; harden nearly 13km of alley roads, intra-field traffic...

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the homeland (1975 - 2025), cadres and people in the village voluntarily contributed funds to build 2km of national flag road on the main road of the village and alley roads.

Speaking at the political meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh expressed his joy at the achievements of Tat Vien village in recent times. The village landscape is spacious and decorated with colorful flags and flowers.

Regarding the outstanding achievements of Quang Nam after 28 years of separation, comrade Nguyen Cong Thanh said that the economy achieved an average growth rate of more than 9.2%/year; the state budget revenue in 2024 reached 27.6 trillion VND, 217 times higher than in 1997; Quang Nam is in the group of provinces and cities with large economic scale in the country.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh presented 5 gifts (1 million VND/gift) to poor households in Tat Vien village.
