Car parked overnight on the sidewalk, car owner was surprised when 4 wheels were lost

The story that seemed like a joke actually happened in Bac Lieu City on the morning of March 25, 2025. Accordingly, the owner of a Vinfast car (the car did not have a license plate) was shocked to discover that his 5-seat electric car had lost all 4 wheels while parked on the sidewalk of Tran Huynh Street (in front of Phung Ngoc Liem Children's House), opposite Coop Bac Lieu supermarket.

Police are investigating the scene.

According to many people living on Tran Huynh Street, early in the morning, when they went to exercise, they saw a car with missing wheels but did not know the reason and did not know who the car owner was to tell them.

An acquaintance of the car owner said that Mr. MVU (38 years old), residing in Dong Hai district, is a technology taxi driver in Bac Lieu. He had just bought the car less than a month ago, planning to use it as a taxi. Recently, due to a family emergency, on the evening of March 24, he moved the car (from Vo Thi Sau Street (Ward 3, Bac Lieu City) to the area in front of Phung Ngoc Liem Children's House (Ward 7, Bac Lieu City) to park. Unexpectedly, on the morning of March 25, the car had 4 wheels stolen by thieves.

The theft was discovered on Tran Huynh Street, Hamlet 4, Ward 7. Through a quick investigation, the police discovered the suspect Chieu Binh, (26 years old), residing on Vo Thi Sau Street, Ward 3, Bac Lieu City. After being persuaded by the Ward 7 police, the suspect went to the Ward 7 police station to confess. The police are continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
