At the meeting, delegates listened to the submissions and appraisal reports of the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council on the following contents: Adjusting the State budget expenditure estimate for 2025 in Resolution No. 65 dated December 17, 2024 of the District People's Council on the State budget revenue estimate in the area, local budget revenue and expenditure estimates and local budget allocation plan for 2025; adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan of the State budget for the period 2021-2025 of Huu Lung district; adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for 2025; approving the Detailed Planning Project of Ho Son 1 Residential Area, Huu Lung district, Lang Son province at a scale of 1/500; Abolish the resolutions of the District People's Council on approving the regulations on management of rural residential architecture for 6 communes approved at the 24th session of the District People's Council, term XX, term 2021-2026.
After research and discussion, the district People's Council delegates agreed and voted to pass 5 resolutions on the above contents.
Within the framework of the session, the delegates of the District People's Council reviewed and voted to pass a resolution confirming the results of the dismissal of members of the District People's Committee for the 20th term of 2021 - 2026 for Ms. Trieu Thi Hong Nhung, former Head of the Department of Labor, War Invalids, Social Affairs - Ethnic Minorities of Huu Lung district (has been transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the District Department of Home Affairs); Mr. Bang Duc Cuong, former member of the District Party Executive Committee, former Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Huu Lung district (retired before the age according to Decree 178 of the Government); Mr. Dao Van Phu, former member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, former Head of the Huu Lung District Police (has been transferred to work and hold the position of Chief Inspector of Lang Son Provincial Police).
At the same time, the delegates also agreed and voted to pass a resolution confirming the results of the dismissal of Mr. Bang Duc Cuong, former member of the District Party Executive Committee, former Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Huu Lung district, from the duties of the 20th District People's Council delegate for the 2021-2026 term.
