The Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, branches and localities to carry out tasks to continue to rectify and strengthen discipline in state administrative agencies at all levels.
Accordingly, heads of departments, branches, sectors, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities promote the responsibility of leaders and personal responsibility of cadres, civil servants, and employees of administrative agencies and public service units in handling work; strengthen administrative discipline and order; inspect public service activities, conduct internal inspections to promptly commend and reward collectives and individuals who do well, and strictly handle collectives and individuals who do not do well.
Timely review, replace or transfer to other jobs for officials and civil servants with weak capacity, who do not dare to do, avoid, push, work half-heartedly, are afraid of responsibility, causing stagnation and not meeting the requirements of assigned work.
Continue to review, revise and supplement working regulations and organize the implementation of tasks and work at agencies and units under authority, closely following the actual situation; strictly organize the implementation of the code of conduct and public ethics of officials and civil servants in State administrative agencies at all levels.

In the process of coordination to resolve work within the authority, only consult with agencies directly related to the project, project...; the agency whose opinion is consulted is responsible for responding on time, in accordance with its functions and tasks, with clear viewpoints and responsibilities, not responding generally, avoiding or shirking responsibility, affecting the progress of work processing.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested that competent agencies resolutely resolve administrative procedures promptly and effectively, ensuring democracy, publicity, transparency and convenience; resolutely not allowing delays, harassment, negativity and waste of resources of the State, society, people and businesses; at the same time, not allowing people and businesses to shirk responsibility in resolving administrative procedures.
