At the 17th Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference, term XII, term 2020 - 2025, comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee presented the draft Summary Report on the results of implementing tasks in the first 9 months and key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2024.
The draft report shows that in the first 9 months of 2024, the socio-economic and national defense and security situation achieved important and quite comprehensive results in all fields.
The whole province has invested in building about 196km of roads. The North-South Expressway project, the section from Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) to Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc), has been approved by the National Assembly for investment policy. The sectors and localities of the province are actively preparing for implementation. The province is continuing to review and complete the Plan for implementing the Provincial Planning, expected to submit to the Government in the fourth quarter.
The work of building the Party and the political system has been focused on. The province has issued documents implementing contents related to the preparation work for the 13th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The province has reviewed and supplemented the planning of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms.
The work of appointing, reappointing, introducing candidates, rotating and transferring cadres is carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring objectivity and transparency.
Inspection, supervision, anti-corruption, negativity, mass mobilization, Vietnam Fatherland Front, and mass organizations continue to be focused on.
However, the progress of disbursement of public investment capital is slow or not disbursed, especially for key projects. Budget revenue is likely to not meet the plan....
Party membership recruitment is low, reaching 50.6% of the annual plan target...
From now until the end of 2024, the entire Provincial Party Committee will focus on leading, directing, deploying, and effectively implementing the resolutions, programs, plans, and directives of the Central and the province. The focus is on Resolution 8 of the Central Committee, Resolution 9 of the Central Committee, and Resolution No. 28-NQ/TU dated December 30, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee on tasks for 2024.
All levels and sectors proactively follow the central ministries and sectors to collect comments and urgently complete and submit to the Government the Plan to implement the Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.
Dak Nong continues to urgently deploy and coordinate the implementation of contents related to the Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc) expressway project. In particular, site clearance; resettlement arrangements for affected households; and allocation of local budget funds to implement the project are focused on.
The entire Party Committee leads and directs the careful preparation of contents to serve the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.
