On January 14, the Vietnam Record Organization announced and awarded a record certificate to the management and commercial service area of the Bien Que Huong Community Tourism Service Area (Binh Thuan province) made from recycled containers with the largest total area.
The project was designed and constructed by the unit and the author group from 13 used steel containers, creating a fully functional Commercial Service and Administration Building in the Community Tourism Service Area, with a total area of 1,465m².
Vietnam Record Organization announced and awarded the Record certificate to Bien Que Huong Limited Liability Company and the group of authors of the project.
Used steel containers, 40 feet/container, discharged from industrial park warehouses and ports.
This project was completed without digging the foundation, using ground bearings and the cargo container structure as the main load-bearing frame, based on the load-bearing capacity of 40 tons/container.
Container shells are utilized and creatively transformed into working blocks.
The project is highly appreciated by the Vietnam Record Organization and many tourism units when it takes advantage of industrial waste to minimize bad emissions into the surrounding environment to build in the tourist area projects that fully meet green and clean standards.
This is the largest project in Vietnam made from waste materials, which are containers, with high efficiency in terms of economy, technology, usage value and environmental protection, reducing CO₂ emissions.
Developing green tourism in harmony with nature is a trend that many tourism businesses are aiming for.
After reviewing the documents, directly assessing the parameters and value of the project, the Vietnam Record Organization officially decided to announce and award the Record certificate to Bien Que Huong Limited Liability Company and the project's authors.
