Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City Le Van Trung speaks at the festival
Before entering the festival, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City Le Van Trung and leaders of Cam Le district, leaders of Khue Trung ward, and residents of residential area No. 19 offered incense at Hoa Vang Cemetery - the resting place of more than 1,000 martyrs and patriots who fought against the French , paying tribute to the brave fighting spirit and expressing gratitude for the great sacrifices of the martyrs, heroic martyrs and patriots.
At the festival, residents of residential area 19 of Khue Trung ward together reviewed the glorious historical traditions of their ward and the city. In the proud atmosphere of celebrating the 50th anniversary of their homeland's liberation, each resident had more confidence and expectations for the city's strong development in the coming time.
Speaking at the festival, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Le Van Trung emphasized that 50 years since the liberation, the Party Committee, government and people of the city through the periods have always been united, unified, building and developing a civilized, modern and livable Da Nang city . The Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee requested that the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and local organizations continue to thoroughly grasp Ho Chi Minh's thought and the Party's consistent viewpoint "People are the root ", focusing on building "a united, prosperous and happy residential area".
Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee Le Van Trung also requested the Party Committee, the government and the Fatherland Front of Khue Trung ward to further promote campaigns and patriotic emulation movements to closely unite people in residential areas and villages, always love and help each other in life; continue to promote the fine traditional cultural identity of Da Nang people and the strength of great national unity; make efforts and strive together with the local Party Committee and government to build the ward to develop more and more./ .
