Accordingly, the Supreme People's Procuracy Investigation Agency announced the prosecution and temporary detention of Mr. Nguyen Tan Duc, Chief Justice of the Criminal Court of Dak Lak Province People's Court, to investigate the crime of Receiving bribes . Prosecuted and temporarily detained Mr. Vu Van Tu, Judge of the Economic Court of Dak Lak Province People's Court, to investigate the crime of Giving bribes.

Immediately after receiving the notice from the Supreme People's Procuracy Investigation Agency, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Court carried out procedures to temporarily suspend Mr. Duc and Mr. Tu from work.

In addition, the People's Court of Dak Lak province sent a document to the Party Committee of Dak Lak province's agencies and enterprises, requesting the suspension of party activities for these two men.

Regarding the incident that occurred at the Da Nang High People's Court, Lawyer Ta Quang Tong, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Bar Association, confirmed that he had received a notice from the Supreme People's Procuracy's Investigation Agency regarding the temporary detention of lawyer Nguyen Dinh Bao. At the same time, the Supreme People's Procuracy's Investigation Agency requested the Dak Lak Provincial Bar Association to suspend this person from party activities.

In addition, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Director of the Dak Lak Province Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, also said that the unit had just received a notice from the Supreme People's Procuracy's Investigation Agency regarding the transfer from criminal detention to temporary detention of Mr. To Thanh Trung - Enforcement Officer of the Buon Ma Thuot City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department. At the same time, the Supreme People's Procuracy's Investigation Agency requested to temporarily suspend Mr. Trung from his position.
