The Phu Tho Xoan Singing Heritage is the first and only case in the history of UNESCO to be specially transferred from the emergency protection stage to being listed as a representative intangible heritage of humanity.

Highlights in this series of activities include: Special exhibition introducing documents and artifacts from the Hung King period in Phu Tho and Vinh Phuc provinces at the Hung King Museum; Golf Tournament "Drinking water, remembering its source" - Phu Tho 2025; Cultural camp and display, promotion, introduction of local products and specialties; Art programs serving tours.
