This is the investor of the Di An Town Funeral Home and Flower Garden project in Binh An Ward, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province.

This project started construction in June 2018. In December 2018, the investor incurred a debt transaction at Agribank North Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

Agribank said that as of February 25, 2024, the total debt of Truong Thien Ha Joint Stock Company was VND 203,712 billion. Of which, the principal debt was VND 150 billion and the interest debt was VND 53,712 billion.

Collateral for the above loan includes:
