23,000 female union members and Agribank workers respond to 'good at banking, good at housework'

Promoting the tradition of kindness and responsibility, female employees of Agribank always show concern and share with the community.

Under the leadership and direction of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union, the Party Committee, the Board of Members, and the Executive Board of Agribank, the movement "Good at banking, good at housework" among female union members and workers has been widely launched by all levels of the Union throughout the system.

As a commercial bank with the highest proportion of female employees in the system, with more than 56% of total employees, including 4 female staff holding senior leadership positions and 955 female branch-level managers, Agribank has shown its respect and created development conditions for the female workforce.

On the business front, the women always make constant efforts to complete their assigned tasks well. In the field of credit, they play an important role in consulting and supporting customers to access capital, especially in the agricultural, rural and farmer sectors - the main customer segment of Agribank. Whether in the city or in remote areas, female Agribank officers are always dedicated to accompanying businesses and people, helping them develop the economy, creating millions of stable jobs.

In the period 2020 - 2025, many female cashiers returned large amounts of change to customers, typically: Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc (Binh Thuan Branch): 784 items, total amount of 2,016 million VND; Doan Tuyet Lan (Hai Duong Branch): 726 items, total amount of 1,246 million VND; Nguyen Thi Huong (Hai Duong Branch): 581 items, total amount of 1,360 million VND; Mai Thi Yen Nhi (Binh Duong Branch): 307 items, total amount of 1,882 million VND; Tran Thi Thuy (Binh Duong Branch): 310 items, total amount of 1,028 million VND... These numbers demonstrate dedication and responsibility and contribute to building a friendly, transparent and reputable bank image in the hearts of customers.

Facing the strong trend of digital transformation, female Agribank officers are constantly improving their skills and applying new technologies to their work. In the period of 2020 - 2025, they have implemented many innovative and technical improvement projects, helping to optimize operating processes, save costs, and improve customer service quality. The application of digital technology, e-banking and online payments not only helps Agribank increase productivity, but also brings a more convenient experience to customers. These are important steps to help Agribank maintain its pioneering position in the Vietnamese commercial banking system.
