These numbers demonstrate dedication and responsibility and contribute to building a friendly, transparent and reputable bank image in the hearts of customers.
Facing the strong trend of digital transformation, female Agribank officers are constantly improving their skills and applying new technologies to their work. In the period of 2020 - 2025, they have implemented many innovative and technical improvement projects, helping to optimize operating processes, save costs, and improve customer service quality. The application of digital technology, e-banking and online payments not only helps Agribank increase productivity, but also brings a more convenient experience to customers.
