This is to avoid waste and loss of state assets, ensuring effective exploitation of public resources.

The Provincial People's Committee emphasized the responsibility of agencies and units in reviewing and assessing the current status of public asset use to come up with appropriate solutions. Cases that are no longer needed or used for the wrong purpose must be decided upon for handling according to authority or reported to competent authorities for timely consideration and resolution. At the same time, it is necessary to focus on removing difficulties, organizing the complete handling of public assets and offices that have been decided upon for handling, ensuring timely implementation according to regulations.

For houses and land subject to recovery according to the provisions of the law on land, the Provincial People's Committee requires the natural resources and environment agency to submit to the People's Committee of the same level a decision on recovery and handling according to the Land Law, not applying the rearrangement and handling procedures according to the regulations on management and use of public assets. At the same time, relevant agencies must not shirk responsibility, avoiding the situation of slow handling of public houses and land, causing waste and loss of state assets.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant units to advise on planning adjustments, land price determination, and implementation of land administrative procedures in accordance with legal regulations. In addition, the Provincial People's Committee will also provide opinions on plans to rearrange and handle houses and land of central units in the area to speed up implementation progress.

This direction demonstrates the determination of the Provincial People's Committee in improving the efficiency of management and use of public assets, creating favorable conditions for socio-economic development and ensuring discipline in State management of public assets.
