Den's Show will take place at My Dinh Athletics Palace, Hanoi on May 27. Before the show, Den Vau revealed a strong lineup of guest artists participating in Den Hanoi's Show, including JustaTee, Lynk Lee, Kimmese and music director Long Nguyen and Mau Nuoc Band.
Because of the attraction of the show, tickets to the male rapper's live show are sought after by many people. It is known that tickets to Den's live show are sold in the form of QR codes. If the buyer decides to buy a ticket, they transfer money to the seller and receive a QR code to participate in the event. However, this is also the way many scammers lure their prey. In this way, the seller can completely exchange QR codes with many people.
For that reason, many viewers were scammed when buying other people's ticket codes. Many viewers revealed that they were scammed up to millions of dong because of this.
Den Vau is practicing hard for the live show.
Responding to VTC News , Den Vau's representative said that because many audiences bought tickets from outside, this was beyond the control of the organizers. "According to the regulations, each ticket code sold can only be checked-in once. Therefore, if anyone is greedy, they will take advantage of this to sell the code to many people. That is the reason why many audiences who do not research carefully will be easily deceived. We hope that the audience will be wise and not buy tickets from strangers," said the male rapper.
In addition, Den Vau also shared on his personal page a series of information about buying tickets at his live show. Accordingly, he reminded the audience to only check-in with tickets purchased directly from the program's official ticket sales channel and not to buy tickets from any other source to avoid buying fake or fraudulent tickets. Such cases will not be resolved to participate in the program.
"Please note to keep your e-ticket code absolutely confidential. In case more than one person checks in with an e-ticket code, the Organizing Committee will accept the first person to check in with that ticket code to participate in the program," Den Vau announced.
Den Vau warns audiences not to buy tickets outside to avoid being scammed.
According to the crew, all tickets for the live show were quickly sold out right from the opening day of sale on May 9. This is the second live show in Den's career, after 4 years since Den's first successful show in Ho Chi Minh City. Ticket prices for Den's Hanoi show will range from 650,000 VND to 2,950,000 VND for 6 different areas, depending on the distance from the stage. At each ticket class, the audience will also receive gifts exclusively for Den's show such as hats, bags, and shirts.
Previously, Den Vau had to post an apology to fans for postponing ticket sales twice. The reason given by Den's team was "due to the large number of people accessing the website to buy tickets, causing system overload".
He wrote: "Although the tickets are sold out, we are really sad because our valued guests had a less than smooth experience. We are truly sorry for the bad experience this time."
The male rapper offered a solution to the audience, apologized and hoped to receive sympathy from everyone. Previously in 2019 , Den's show in Ho Chi Minh City also "sold out" after only about 10 minutes of going on sale.
Before the live show, Den Vau confided: “Everything Den does is just to hope that the audience can have a day of enjoyment, release and relaxation. The entire crew is really putting all their efforts into making the audience happy. What Den hopes is that the audience will take care of their health so that on that day we can comfortably immerse ourselves in music together.”
