The "three pioneers" emphasized by the Prime Minister include: Pioneering in innovative thinking and strategic vision; pioneering in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; pioneering in nationalizing human civilization in our country and internationalizing advanced culture, imbued with the national identity of the Vietnamese people to the world. The "six focuses" of the youth include: Carrying out assigned political tasks; arranging the organizational apparatus; promoting growth; implementing social justice and progress, ensuring social security, improving the spiritual and material life of the people; promoting international integration; strengthening national defense, security, ensuring social order and safety.

The Prime Minister also requested that all levels, sectors, localities and the whole society continue to pay attention, create favorable conditions, and pay attention to building the best mechanisms and policies for Vietnamese youth to develop comprehensively and contribute to the country, with the spirit: The whole country shares and accompanies the young generation, investing in the young generation, investing in talented young people is investing in sustainable development, investing in the future of our country to be rich, strong and prosperous.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always advised the younger generation: "We must not be afraid of hardship or difficulty. Wherever there is a need, there will be youth. Wherever there is difficulty, there will be youth." He also affirmed: "Youth are the future masters of the country." Following Uncle Ho's advice, over the years, our Party and State have always attached special importance to the role of youth and have had many policies and guidelines, creating favorable conditions and encouraging young people and young talents to be ready to take the lead in contributing to the cause of building and developing the country and defending the Fatherland.

The directives, wishes and advice of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Federation, as well as to the youth demonstrate the great trust and concern of the Party, State and Government for the Vietnamese youth force - the future masters of the country. We believe that today's young generation of Vietnam will continue to promote the spirit of patriotism, solidarity, unity and unanimity; be the vanguard force, the reliable reserve force and the trust of the Party, taking the lead with the whole country to realize the aspiration to develop a rich, civilized and prosperous country; the people will have a prosperous and happy life in the era of national development.
