On the morning of March 25, the Department of Political Work chaired and coordinated with the Office of the Ministry of Public Security to organize a meeting and dialogue between the Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Minister of Public Security; the First Secretary of the Central Youth Union with Youth Union officials and members of the People's Public Security Youth Union.

Captain Vo Thi Bich Phuong, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Youth Union, proposed that the Minister provide further guidance on the policies and goals of science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation in the People's Police and the key tasks of the Youth Union and its members, contributing to the successful implementation of those tasks and goals.

Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that the Central Public Security Party Committee has submitted to the Politburo a project on building a security industry in the era of national development and growth. He directed the Department of Training to research and develop a plan to implement a digital literacy movement in the People's Public Security.
