On the morning of March 25th, the Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to disseminate and study the 2025 thematic topic: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style on practicing democracy, strengthening discipline and order within the Party, contributing to building a clean and strong Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee."
The conference was connected online to 191 locations including districts, cities, subordinate Party committees, communes, wards, towns, agencies, and units in the province, with nearly 23,500 delegates in attendance.
Attending the meeting at the Provincial Conference Center were Comrade Bui Huy Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and leaders of departments, agencies, and socio- political organizations.

In his presentation on the 2025 thematic topic, "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics, and style on practicing democracy, strengthening discipline and order within the Party, and contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee of Vinh Phuc province," Associate Professor and Doctor Nguyen Toan Thang emphasized that, with the vision of a great thinker and the practical experience of a revolutionary leader, President Ho Chi Minh affirmed: "To make the Party strong, democracy must be expanded," and within the Party, "Discipline within democracy, democracy must have discipline." Practicing democracy within the Party is the basis and condition for practicing democracy in society.

Inheriting that ideology from him, in the cause of national liberation, especially during the period of national renewal, the Communist Party of Vietnam has always determined that expanding democracy and strengthening discipline and order within the Party is both a solution to enhance the Party's strength and a key aspect of political reform.
The 13th National Congress of the Party clearly stated that "Practicing democracy within the Party is closely linked to strengthening Party discipline and order," which is an urgent requirement in the work of building the Party and the political system in our country today, leading the country into a new era...

The Provincial Party Committee organized a thematic study session for 2025 to further concretize the content of the thematic study for the entire term of the 13th National Party Congress on learning and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
The 2025 thematic topic is important and has profound significance for every cadre and Party member, as well as every Party organization, agency, and unit in the current period.
