The “Asian Technology Excellence Awards” is a prestigious award in the Asian region for outstanding technology innovation projects, organized and evaluated by The Asian Business Review magazine. The award aims to recognize and honor pioneering enterprises in providing breakthrough information technology solutions to advanced technology initiatives that have an impact on businesses.
J&T Express is the only Vietnamese company in the field of Vietnamese logistics that has won the “Enterprise Software - Logistics” award in the category of “Smart management and operation solutions”. In which, it can be said that JMS software is the “heart” of the entire system that helps manage, process data and comprehensive operational information in the field of express delivery, built by J&T Express itself and applied uniformly in 13 countries where J&T Express is present.
With “Smart Management and Operation Solution”, J&T Express has used its own technology, built on the accumulation of many practical experiences, which is a comprehensive solution capable of meeting all the needs of delivery businesses in Vietnam as well as the world today.
Specifically, all parcels delivered by J&T Express are processed securely through a unique waybill code for each parcel, along with a corresponding barcode. All information will be synchronized in the data management system and on different platforms, including the App Shipper system and Web/App VIP for shop owners, information management software, JMS operations and DWS automatic distribution system at the exploitation centers to provide optimal synchronization in the management and operation process.

JMS is an operational information management software that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to collect and analyze problems on the operational system, automatically send daily reports in real time, and is capable of detecting potential problems at all stages, thereby helping to fix errors that may hinder logistics management.
In parallel with developing management solutions, J&T Express also applies technology to operations, deploying the DWS automatic sorting system to perform intelligent scanning, provide data and synchronize in the tracking system, allowing automatic sorting of goods with an accuracy rate of up to 99.99%.
