During the year-end and pre-Tet shopping seasons, they also have to be more careful and thoughtful when delivering special items such as ornamental plants, food, wine, fragile goods, etc. In addition, shippers have to face many unpredictable situations such as bombed goods, stuck in traffic incidents, etc.
In addition, the sudden increase in online orders during sales is an opportunity to boost sellers' revenue, but it also comes with increased pressure to process orders locally. This is not only a challenge for sellers but also for shipping units.
