Dong Nai's provincial road 773 will pass through Xuan Loc, Cam My, and Long Thanh districts to connect traffic to Long Thanh super airport.
Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the feasibility study report for the project of compensation, support, resettlement, site clearance, upgrading and expansion of Provincial Road 773. This is the route connecting to Long Thanh airport.

Accordingly, the project has a land acquisition scale of more than 302 hectares, including nearly 19 hectares in Long Thanh district; nearly 238 hectares in Cam My district and more than 45 hectares in Xuan Loc district. The project of compensation, support, resettlement, site clearance, upgrading and expanding provincial road 773 has a total investment of more than 1,700 billion VND.
Regarding resettlement, the project will arrange resettlement for about 395 households, including 106 households in Long Thanh district. In addition, it will arrange for 191 households in Cam My district and 98 households in Xuan Loc district.
Households eligible for resettlement in Cam My district are expected to be resettled in the resettlement area in Nhan Nghia commune, Cam My district. Households in Long Thanh district are expected to be resettled in the resettlement areas of Long Phuoc, Long Duc, Long Duc expansion, and Tan Hiep expansion. Households in Xuan Loc district are expected to be resettled in the resettlement area in Gia Ray town.
Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to be the investor and organize the preparation of the project feasibility study report.
According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, the project of compensation, support, resettlement, site clearance to upgrade and expand provincial road 773 aims to carry out the work of compensation, support, resettlement, site clearance and handover of land to the Dong Nai Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to implement investment in upgrading and expanding provincial road 773. Thereby, gradually completing the planned traffic system in Dong Nai province.
At the same time, increase connectivity, shorten travel time from Cam My, Xuan Loc, Long Thanh districts as well as provinces in the Central Highlands and South Central regions to Long Thanh airport.
Many items of Long Thanh airport have taken shape, in which the connecting road is also gradually completed.
Connecting the quadrilateral of Bien Hoa - Long Thanh - Trang Bom - Nhon Trach industrial parks to meet traffic and transportation needs, reduce traffic volume on National Highway 1, contributing to the economic and social development of the districts through which the route passes in particular and the whole Dong Nai province, the key economic region of the South in general.
The project to upgrade and expand DT773 with a scale of 6-8 lanes, more than 39km long, connecting Long Thanh airport, was also previously adjusted in planning at the end of 2024.
According to the planning of Dong Nai province, the project to upgrade and expand Road 773 is over 39km long. The project starts at the intersection with National Highway 1A in Xuan Tam Commune, Xuan Loc District and ends at Highway 10 at the intersection with Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4.
DT773 is a parallel route and shares traffic with National Highway 1A. This is also an important traffic axis connecting Xuan Loc district, Cam My district, Long Khanh city with Long Thanh airport. The total investment capital of the entire project is more than 4,300 billion VND. The project implementation period is from 2022-2027.
The Long Thanh Airport construction project phase 1 has a total investment of nearly 110,000 billion VND. Long Thanh Airport has an area of 5,000 hectares, located in Long Thanh (Dong Nai), and phase 1 construction started in January 2021.
