The GenAI Summit 2024 artificial intelligence conference is held with the theme “New Horizons” on August 18, 2024 at the Sheraton Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City. This is the first time the conference has been held in Vietnam. Notably, the conference has the participation of Jeff Dean, Chief Scientist of Google, co-founder of Google Brain, Google Translate, Gemini and many products that have helped Google dominate the global technology industry.
AI Summit is an annual event organized by New Turing Institute since 2018 to create a platform to connect the domestic artificial intelligence community with experts around the world. After many years of successful organization, AI Summit has become a meaningful science and technology event, with a prominent position in Southeast Asia. GenAI Summit 2024 is organized for the first time in Vietnam by New Turing Institute (NTI) and Rethink Healthcare Foundation (RHF), an international event, welcoming the participation of more than 1,000 direct guests, including speakers who are leading experts shaping the future of AI, business "tycoons", and pioneering intellectuals in AI research.

GenAI Summit 2024 will focus on three main topics: “GenAI Platform Model”, “GenAI Practical Applications”, and “Opportunities for Vietnam”. In the “GenAI Platform Model” section, speakers who are professors, researchers, and scientists will share in depth about advanced technologies that promote the development of LLM (Large Language Model). In the “GenAI Practical Applications” section, senior business leaders will discuss the transformational potential and applications of GenAI in healthcare, education, and social life. The conference will conclude with the topic “Opportunities for Vietnam”, where investors and leaders of large domestic and foreign AI corporations will discuss the impact of GenAI on Vietnam's technological and economic growth, as well as the opportunities and challenges of Vietnam on the path to becoming one of the leading countries in AI.
The list of speakers includes Dr. Jeff Dean - Chief Scientist of Google, Dr. Luong Minh Thang - Senior Researcher and Senior Manager at Google DeepMind, Co-founder of New Turing Institute, Leader of Alpha Geometry, silver medalist at the 2024 International Mathematical Olympiad, and other world-class AI speakers who will share and lead guests to explore the latest advances, outstanding trends and limitless potential of Generative AI technology.
