Conference on experience exchange and signing of cooperation program between Son La Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Da Nang City Party Committee's Propaganda Department

On October 2, the Propaganda Department of Son La Provincial Party Committee and the Propaganda Department of Da Nang City Party Committee held a conference to exchange experiences of the Steering Committee on protecting the province's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints (Steering Committee 35) and signed a coordination program between the two sides.

Attending the conference were comrade Dinh Thi Bich Thao, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the 35th Steering Committee of Son La province; comrade Doan Ngoc Hung Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the 35th Steering Committee of Da Nang City Party Committee, and leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches and units.

At the conference, delegates heard information about the propaganda work of the Son La Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Da Nang City Party Committee's Propaganda Department. Accordingly, the Son La Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has actively and proactively advised Steering Committee 35 at all levels to effectively implement the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation; combating and refuting wrong, hostile views, and toxic information; promoting the spread of positive information with the motto "taking the good, eliminating the bad", "taking the positive, repelling the negative". Currently, Son La province has established over 665 pages and groups (website, fanpage, group, youtube, zalo, tiktok); established nearly 400 special teams with 13,712 members; posted and shared links sent from the Central and the province with the purpose of propagating and spreading official and positive information.

Speaking at the conference, the Head of the Propaganda Department of the Son La Provincial Party Committee and the Head of the Propaganda Department of the Da Nang City Party Committee hoped that the results achieved in recent years, along with the results of cooperation and coordination in the coming time, would be an important premise for the Propaganda Department of the two provinces of Son La and Da Nang City to affirm their role of "Going first to pave the way, going together to implement, going later to summarize", making an important contribution to the implementation of political tasks, goals and targets for socio-economic development of Son La province and Da Nang city.

Annually, organize conferences to evaluate the results of the implementation of the coordination program, study and exchange experiences in propaganda work in the form of rotation in Son La province and Da Nang city...
