Party Congress of the Administration and Finance Department for the 2025-2027 term

On the morning of March 29, 2025, the Party Cell of the Administration and Finance Department under the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission held the Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term. Comrade Dao The Hoang, member of the Central Inspection Commission, member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the Agency attended and directed the Congress.

The Party Committee of the Administration and Finance Department for the 2025-2027 term was introduced to the Congress.

The Administration and Finance Department Party Cell was newly established on the basis of merging Office II Party Cell and Office III Party Cell. The Party Cell currently has 30 party members, including 28 official party members and 02 probationary party members.

The Congress of the Party Cell of the Administration and Finance Department focused on discussing and approving the directions, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2027 term; contributing opinions to the draft documents of the Party Congress of the Central Inspection Commission for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Congress of the Party. The Congress unanimously voted to approve the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term with specific directions and goals: Continuing to innovate, build and rectify the Party, improve the leadership capacity and fighting spirit of the Party Cell; closely following the Party Platform, Statutes and resolutions to lead, direct and organize implementation. Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Building a contingent of cadres and Party members with steadfast political will, pure revolutionary morality, adequate qualities, capacity and equal to the task. Promote the role of political core, lead cadres, party members and workers in the Party Cell to successfully complete assigned tasks; strive to achieve the title of "Excellent clean, strong Party Cell".

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Dao The Hoang, member of the Central Inspection Commission, member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the Agency, highly appreciated the work of the Party Cell in preparing and organizing the Congress. Under the regular and close leadership and direction of the Party Cell, cadres and Party members have strived to fulfill their assigned tasks, contributing to effectively serving the activities of the Committee and departments and units in the Agency. Agreeing with the direction and tasks in the Report at the Congress, comrade Dao The Hoang requested the Party Cell to continue to pay attention to and do well the work of developing Party members; focus on leading the implementation of professional tasks in all three aspects of administrative work, finance and car management; focus on political and ideological education, Party building and leadership of mass organizations. Immediately after the Congress, urgently develop working regulations, a full-term work program, and an action program to implement the Congress Resolution of the Party Cell in the new term to ensure comprehensive completion of the directions and targets set out in the Resolution.

At the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agency announced the decision to appoint the Party Cell Executive Committee of the Administration - Finance Department for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of 5 comrades; appointing comrade Nguyen Quyet Chien, Deputy Chief of the Agency Office, to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; appointing comrade Hoang Minh Duc, Head of the Administration - Finance Department, to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary. The Congress also elected 08 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates to attend the Party Congress of the Central Inspection Commission Agency for the 2025-2030 term.
