During the 2022-2025 term, the Party Cell of the Area V Department has fully and promptly grasped the Party's guidelines, policies, and the State's laws; the leadership and direction of the Committee, the Standing Committee of the Committee, and the Party Committee of the Agency; constantly strived to practice, promote the sense of responsibility, maintain internal solidarity; enthusiastically compete to carry out the political tasks of the Party Cell. Up to now, the targets and tasks set forth by the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress have been completed, and have been evaluated and recognized by the Committee, the Party Committee, and the Trade Union of the Central Inspection Commission.

In addition, the building of the unit, the Trade Union and the Veterans Association has been paid attention to by the Party Cell, Party Committee members and Committee members in charge; the ideology of cadres and party members is steadfast and secure in their work; the internal unity and solidarity in all aspects of activities. Strictly implement the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism. Maintain the routine of regular activities, the quality of activities is really improved, many thematic activities are organized. Thanks to good leadership, direction, effective implementation of political and ideological education, promoting solidarity and unity within the organization, the Party Cell of the Department of Area V was assessed and classified by the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agency as having successfully completed its tasks in 2022, and excellently completed its tasks in 2023 and 2024; the outstanding collective of the Department was awarded the First Class Labor Medal by the President; the Government and the Central Inspection Commission awarded the Emulation Flag and Certificate of Merit.
