From the very first hours, long lines of diners lined up to enjoy the typical flavors of bread from all over the world. The festival atmosphere became lively right after the opening ceremony with the presence of chefs, culinary experts and many visitors.

Participating in this year’s festival are famous bread brands, including Huynh Hoa Bread – a familiar name to Saigon food lovers. Ms. Huynh Hoa, brand representative, shared that the festival is a great opportunity to introduce the most unique products to a large number of diners, especially international friends.

With the theme "Crispy and delicious bread - Rich in coffee flavor", this year's festival not only honors bread but also promotes Vietnamese coffee culture.

Areas to experience automatic bread production lines, unique check-in spaces and opportunities to enjoy bread from many brands promise to bring interesting experiences to visitors.

An impressive highlight of the event was the performance of 100 dishes served with bread, made from fresh seafood, opening up new combinations for this familiar dish.

The 2025 Bread Festival is completely free of charge, welcoming all local and foreign residents, tourists, culinary experts, artisans, chefs and food industry businesses. The event will last for 4 days, from March 21 to March 24, 2025, promising to bring unique and unforgettable culinary experiences.
