The Department also requested a review of the organization and operation of the Center according to current regulations. Develop a plan to focus on operating mainly at locations permitted by the Department of Education and Training.

Coordinate with schools (when there is a partnership) to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of the partnership.

The Department of Education and Training requests the Head of the District Education and Training Department; Principals of Kindergartens, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools; Directors of Hai Phong Continuing Education Centers; District Continuing Education and Vocational Education Centers and Centers for Foreign Languages, Information Technology, Life Skills, etc. to thoroughly inform all cadres, teachers, and employees of the unit to ensure that the organization and operation of the unit comply with current regulations; seriously implement the direction of the Department of Education and Training in this document.

Any unit that violates the association will be handled according to current regulations.
