I started bringing lunch in high school and continued this practice throughout my college years.
Since I was a child, I have loved traditional martial arts when watching exciting matches through the mass media. Due to limited conditions, I did not officially learn martial arts until grade 10. The more I practiced, the more passionate I became. The medals I won through tournaments and memorable achievements during my student days. I dream of pursuing a career in communications to widely introduce the quintessence of national martial arts. Now, I am a student majoring in public relations. From my hometown to Ho Chi Minh City, living in a rented house, the cost of living in the city is expensive, so I am always conscious of managing money effectively. Instead of buying expensive food outside, I prefer to prepare my own meals. I am really assured with meals that are nutritious, hygienic, suitable for my taste, and especially cost-effective.

In particular, when I regularly bring lunch, I also practice discipline and use time effectively. With a busy schedule of studying and working part-time, I try to arrange everything properly. A full meal with rice, soup, and side dishes must be neatly and conveniently packed in a box. The role model that inspires me to prepare my daily meals is my mother - a resourceful, patient, and gentle woman. My mother taught me to cook to take care of myself. Thanks to that, I am independent and proactive in eating, know how to go to the market, choose ingredients, and prepare food.
Bringing my own homemade lunch to school and maintaining this habit is really meaningful to me. Home-cooked meals give me more energy and confidence, helping me focus on my studies. I set a goal to equip myself with a lot of practical knowledge and skills to confidently step into the future, to be able to organize large-scale sporting events in the future, bringing meaningful stories to the public near and far.
