Hanoi speeds up planning for a series of old apartment buildings in Hai Ba Trung district

(Dan Tri) - The leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee requested the Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee to speed up the progress of detailed planning for renovating and rebuilding old apartment buildings in the district.

The Office of the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Notice 07 on the Conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan at the working session on the implementation of detailed planning for renovation and construction of old apartment buildings in Hai Ba Trung district.

City leaders requested Hai Ba Trung district to speed up the progress of detailed planning for renovating and rebuilding old apartment buildings in the district.

Regarding the progress of implementation, for the 3 apartment complexes including Bach Khoa, Thanh Nhan, Quynh Mai (with a scale of more than 2 hectares), in January, the City People's Committee will approve the detailed planning task, scale 1/500. In February, the Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee will submit the detailed planning project, scale 1/500, to the City People's Committee for approval.

For 5 apartment complexes including Dong Tam, Minh Khai - Quynh Loi, Bach Mai, Dong Nhan - Dong Mac, Vinh Tuy (with a scale of more than 2 hectares) in the second quarter (striving for April), Hai Ba Trung district submitted to the City People's Committee for approval of the tasks and detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500.

For 15 old apartment groups with a scale of less than 2 hectares, this district must submit to the City People's Committee for approval of the 1/500 scale master plan in the second quarter.

Hanoi People's Committee requested Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee to urgently develop a project to collect and resettle about 42 separate old apartment buildings.

For the investment, renovation and reconstruction project of Nguyen Cong Tru Collective Housing Area, Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee coordinated with the Department of Planning and Architecture to synchronize with the urban subdivision planning H1-4, scale 1/2,000 and current regulations. At the same time, this district proposed to report to the City People's Committee to consider the detailed planning of the investment, renovation and reconstruction project of Nguyen Cong Tru Collective Housing Area in January.

Previously, the Hanoi People's Committee also issued Decision No. 6742 on approving the detailed planning task for renovating and rebuilding Nghia Tan collective housing area, scale 1/500.

According to the decision, the total area for research and detailed planning is approximately more than 316,600m2 (equivalent to nearly 31.66ha).

The planned population scale for renovation and reconstruction of Nghia Tan apartment complex will be accurately determined during the research process to establish a detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 based on the results of the survey and assessment of the actual population status in the old apartment buildings to be renovated and rebuilt and existing houses.

The time to complete the detailed planning project is 6 months from the date of approval of the planning task.
