Hanoi plans to approve renovation plan for 4 apartment complexes in May

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee requested Dong Da District People's Committee to submit to the City People's Committee for consideration and approval of the detailed planning project to renovate and rebuild the old apartment buildings of Kim Lien, Trung Tu, and Khuong Thuong in May.

The Office of the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Notice No. 139 on the conclusion of Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan at the working session on 4 detailed planning projects for the renovation and reconstruction of the old apartment buildings of Kim Lien, Trung Tu, Khuong Thuong, Hao Nam, Dong Da district.

According to the conclusion, the leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee directed the Dong Da District People's Committee and departments and branches to simultaneously implement the procedures for collecting opinions from the community, reporting to the City's Urban Planning and Construction Planning Appraisal Council and relevant agencies, and completing the above 4 detailed planning projects in March.

At the same time, Dong Da District People's Committee submitted the project to the Department of Planning and Architecture for appraisal in April, and submitted it to Hanoi People's Committee for consideration and approval in May.

For the 3 detailed planning projects for renovation and reconstruction of the old apartment buildings of Kim Lien, Trung Tu, and Khuong Thuong, the People's Committee of Dong Da district directed consulting units to study the planning structure associated with the planning blocks according to the urban subdivision planning H1-3, fully balancing the social infrastructure system and common technical infrastructure for the entire area.

At the same time, Dong Da District People's Committee studies the model and urban space to ensure consistency. In particular, this unit needs to study the structure of the intersection area of ​​Chua Boc - Pham Ngoc Thach - Ton That Tung streets, connecting all 3 old apartment buildings mentioned above.

For the area around metro station No. 2, Dong Da District People's Committee is studying the formation of a complex of works according to the TOD model, applied according to regulations.

For the old Kim Lien apartment complex, the Hanoi People's Committee plans to research and build a space axis parallel to Pham Ngoc Thach Street, rearrange functional areas; maintain the social infrastructure axis in its current state; retain a part of the low-rise housing areas, integrating with the space of renovation and reconstruction of the old apartment complex.

For the old Trung Tu apartment complex, it will follow the proposal of Dong Da District People's Committee. For the old Khuong Thuong apartment complex, it will be arranged to resettle low-rise housing projects on Ton That Tung street, south of Hanoi Metal Joint Stock Company.

Regarding the old Hao Nam apartment complex, the Hanoi People's Committee will follow the proposal and recommendation of the Dong Da District People's Committee. To complete the detailed planning project, the Hanoi People's Committee requests the Dong Da District People's Committee and the consulting unit to expand the scope of research on the structure of the planning area to Hao Nam street, including Cat Linh railway station, to synchronously connect works, technical infrastructure systems, etc.
