Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda Department has just issued Instruction No. 165-HD/BTGTU on propaganda to celebrate major holidays and important historical events in 2025.
The guidelines clearly state the purpose of widely propagating to cadres, party members, armed forces and all classes of people in the capital about the historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions of the nation. At the same time, educating political ideology; strongly arousing the spirit of patriotism, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-reliance, national pride, the desire to contribute and the strength of great national unity in the cause of innovation of the capital, the country and international integration under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam...
Accordingly, focus on propaganda about the celebration of major holidays of the capital and the country including: Celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and welcoming the Lunar New Year of At Ty. In which, implement according to Instruction No. 162-HD/BTGTU dated December 10, 2024 of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department and a separate propaganda outline for the event.
Focus on promoting the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Hanoi Party Committee (March 17, 1930 - March 17, 2025), implementing the plan of the Hanoi Party Committee on organizing events. At the same time, promote the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day (March 10th of the lunar calendar); celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory Day (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2025); celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025).
Especially the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). The propaganda content affirms the stature, historical significance and brilliant milestones of the August Revolution in 1945 and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam).
Including the reasons for victory and lessons learned; the creative application of lessons of the August Revolution in the struggle for national liberation and reunification as well as in the cause of building, developing and defending the Fatherland.
Through propaganda and commemorative activities, it contributes to creating high unity within the Party and social consensus to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws. Promote the combined strength of the entire political system and the People to encourage and motivate cadres, Party members, armed forces and all classes of people in the Capital to take advantage of opportunities, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, creating new confidence and new momentum to accelerate and break through.
