GĐXH - The 3rd Vietnam Bread Festival will officially take place from March 21 to 24, 2025 at Le Van Tam Park, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. This is an annual event to honor the quintessence of Vietnamese bread - a street food known worldwide.


Festival scale and theme

This year, the festival is on a larger scale with 150 - 180 participating booths, expected to attract more than 150,000 visitors from all over the country and internationally. In particular, this year's theme is "Crispy and delicious bread - Rich in coffee flavor", emphasizing the combination of two typical culinary symbols of Vietnam.

Coming to the event, visitors not only get to enjoy a series of unique variations of bread but also have the opportunity to explore the art of making coffee - a drink that has become the pride of the Vietnamese people.

Exciting activities at the festival

This year's festival offers many unique activities, creating a rich experience for visitors:

- Food stall: Displaying and serving hundreds of types of bread from all regions, from traditional burgers, pan-fried bread, baguettes to new and unique creations.

- "Bread past and present" area: Introduces the development journey of Vietnamese bread through the ages, from a popular street food to a culinary icon recognized by the world.

Meaningful activities towards the community

Not only does the festival honor culinary culture, it also has a profound humanitarian meaning. On the opening night, the organizers will present 15 bread carts to disadvantaged women in the provinces and cities, helping them start businesses and stabilize their lives.

Speaking to the press, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh, President of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, said that the issues of food safety and hygiene and security and order are also of concern to the organizing committee. To ensure this issue, the organizing committee has closely coordinated with the city's Department of Food Safety, from requiring participating units to prepare all necessary documents and procedures when participating in the event to organizing and guiding compliance with food safety and hygiene at the festival and conducting on-site inspections during the 4 days of the festival.
