
The program attracted 145 domestic and foreign enterprises, thereby creating 6,889 job positions for students to apply for. One of the highlights of this year's program is the participation of enterprises owned or directly operated and managed by HUTECH alumni.
With 6,889 job vacancies from businesses, the fair is a bridge to help students directly approach employers, improve their competitiveness, and prepare to enter a professional working environment.
Dr. Vu Van Hoang, Chairman of the HUTECH Alumni Association, said that businesses’ requirements for workers’ skills and abilities are increasingly high. Therefore, in addition to professional knowledge, students need to practice flexible thinking, adaptability, and a spirit of continuous learning.

The recruitment fair is an opportunity for students to interact and gain practical experience with businesses, learn from experts, and expand career opportunities.
The representative of the Organizing Committee said that among 145 enterprises participating in the fair, the recruitment demand in economic sectors such as finance - trade, business administration ranked first with more than 3,540 employees, accounting for more than 51% of the total number of recruitment positions. Next were more than 1,600 jobs in the engineering, science and technology sectors (accounting for more than 23%). In third place were the marketing - communications, tourism management, restaurant and hotel sectors with about 1,200 recruitment positions.

Professor, Doctor of Science Ho Dac Loc, Principal of the University of Technology, said that Party and State leaders have affirmed that one of the driving forces of the country's development in the new era is private enterprises, in which important human resources come from university students.
As managers at enterprises, HUTECH alumni demonstrate their solidarity and companionship in connecting and supporting employment for students.
The school hopes that through this program, students will have the opportunity to interact and learn more about the needs of employers, thereby determining a suitable career path.

Also within the framework of the program, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology has coordinated with faculties and institutes to organize training programs on "Conquering employers" skills, attracting thousands of students to participate. At the same time, the school also signed an agreement on "Training human resources linked to business needs" with businesses in many fields.
