In the early days of spring 2025, a sacred destination in Dong Trieu City located in the complex of more than 600 relics of Quang Ninh, the most attractive to tourists this time, is the Am - Ngoa Van Pagoda, where King Buddha Tran Nhan Tong practiced and became Buddha - the Holy Land of Truc Lam Zen. Coming to the land of Buddha, pilgrims have interesting experiences about the history of the practice of King Buddha Tran Nhan Tong, the beautiful natural scenery of the land and sky, the source of fresh emotions.

Am - Ngoa Van Pagoda is where King Tran Nhan Tong practiced and became Buddha - a unique architectural complex, a holy land of Truc Lam Zen sect. The relic complex is located on a mountain over 1,000m high "Bao Dai Son" in the West of Yen Tu mountain range - Dong Trieu arch, today in Tay Son village, Binh Khe ward, Dong Trieu city.
To reach the relic complex, pilgrims can choose two ways of traveling: by road or by cable car system with a length of more than 2,000m, travel time of more than 10 minutes.
On the cable car, pilgrims can enjoy a panoramic view of the majestic natural landscape of Ngoa Van mountain forest and take souvenir photos during their pilgrimage to the land of Buddha.
The first destination is Ngoa Van Pagoda, built in the Nhi-shaped architectural style (modeled after the Ngoa Van Pagoda built during the Le Trung Hung period in 1707). The pagoda consists of two buildings, the front is the Tien Duong building where the statue of Buddha King Tran Nhan Tong is made of red jade. Behind is the Hau Duong building with three-room and two-wing architecture.
Thuong Pagoda is planned over the entire space and landscape with 3 sub-areas: Chessboard, tower and auxiliary area for ceremonies. Here is Ngoa Van Temple, Buddhist tower system.
Ngoa Van Am - where the statue of King Tran Nhan Tong is located, lying down, simulating Buddha entering nirvana. The Am is built of bricks, with a brick arched roof. The south side has an entrance, with three Chinese characters "Ngoa Van Am" on it.
At the relic complex, pilgrims have more interesting experiences about the history of the Buddhist Emperor Tran Nhan Tong's practice and the Buddhist tower system.
Visitors offer incense to pray for good luck in early spring at the Buddha Hoang tower, Doan Nghiem tower is built of stone.
At the relic complex, pilgrims have many spaces to experience the culture of the Buddha's land through many forms, including beautiful images of Vietnamese Buddhism right at the entrance area.
