On October 11, a working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - Provincial People's Committee led by comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected and encouraged officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command to participate in the Command Exercise - 1-side, 2-level agency combined with mobilizing reserve soldiers and live-fire exercises in 2024. The Command Exercise – 1-Party, 2-Level Agency is one of the local military and defense tasks of the Provincial Military Command in 2024. According to the plan, the exercise will take place from October 16-18. Up to now, all preparations have been basically completed on schedule, ensuring the success of the exercise.

She also praised officers and soldiers for their efforts to overcome harsh weather conditions during the training to prepare for the drill, fully and seriously complying with regulations, rules, discipline and program contents approved by Military Region 3.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the exercise is one of the particularly important tasks in the local military and defense mission. After each exercise, it will contribute to improving the operational capacity, the ability to handle situations in defensive operations as well as combat practice of the forces.

For the exercise to be successful, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested officers and soldiers to strictly comply with regulations and discipline to properly manage equipment, especially weapons, to ensure absolute safety during the training and exercise process, both for people and weapons. The Provincial Military Command is concerned with ensuring logistics and taking care of the health of officers and soldiers participating in the exercise in harsh weather conditions.
