On March 20, the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Delegation under Decision No. 1830-QD/TU of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee, led by Comrade Hoang Dinh Phoi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, had a working session and inspected the Bac Quang District Party Committee.

Comrade Hoang Dinh Phoi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

At the working session, the Inspection Team approved the inspection results of the Standing Committee of the Bac Quang District Party Committee in implementing 8 contents according to Decision 1830 -QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, the Inspection Team assessed that the Standing Committee of the Bac Quang District Party Committee had led, directed and seriously implemented Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the Central Executive Committee, Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo and the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the provincial political system to be compact, effective and efficient; closely and methodically led and directed in accordance with regulations on the drafting of documents to be submitted to the Congress of the Party cells organizing model congresses; Resolution No. 18-NQ/TU, dated October 29, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on digital transformation in Ha Giang province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030; Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee and policies and directions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Project on supplementary socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more; Implementing 3 National Target Programs; Disbursing public investment capital in 2025; Collecting local budget in 2025; Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses. Issuing and directing the issuance of specialized inspection and supervision plans for inspected contents to ensure regular and continuous leadership of the Standing Committee.

The Inspection Team also recommended that the Standing Committee of the Bac Quang District Party Committee continue to lead the District People's Committee to complete procedures and have solutions to remove difficulties for 294 outstanding projects in the period of 2021-2025. Have solutions to economically and effectively handle assets, equipment, offices and handle public land funds during the process of merging at the commune level. Develop a plan to arrange cadres during the process of merging at the commune level in accordance with regulations, publicly and democratically to avoid petitions and complaints. Propose to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee solutions to effectively organize the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo and the programs and plans of the Provincial Party Committee on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; develop a project to supplement the socio-economic development scenario for 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.

Concluding the working session, Comrade Hoang Dinh Phoi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Head of the Inspection Delegation highly appreciated the achievements of Bac Quang district in the past time. At the same time, he requested the Bac Quang District Party Committee to continue to disseminate and thoroughly understand to cadres and party members the policy of the Politburo and the Party Central Committee on the Project on rearranging administrative units at all levels and building a model of organizing a 2-level local government to ensure a clear understanding; proactively coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to advise on the arrangement and merger of communes and towns to ensure economic, cultural factors, natural conditions, etc., with a roadmap for arranging and assigning commune-level cadres appropriately and reasonably. Pay attention to reviewing and fully inventorying public assets; unfinished but urgent construction works; reviewing work according to the functions and tasks of specialized agencies; grasp the ideological situation of party members and cadres, encourage cadres to stabilize their ideology and perform well the assigned tasks. Regarding the recommendations of the Standing Committee of Bac Quang District Party Committee, the Inspection Team continues to make recommendations to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the province's functional agencies to resolve them as soon as possible./.
