On the afternoon of March 17, the Ministry of Public Security's working delegation led by Colonel Nguyen Hong Nguyen - Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security had a working session with the Provincial Police and departments, branches and sectors on the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Bac Lieu province by 2025.

At the meeting, after listening to the report of the representatives of the Provincial Police and departments, branches and sectors on the results of the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, Colonel Nguyen Hong Nguyen - Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security acknowledged and highly appreciated the attention and drastic direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police in joining hands to support the construction of houses for poor households, near-poor households and disadvantaged households. In particular, Bac Lieu has many creative ways of doing things, mobilizing the joint efforts and hearts of all levels, branches to philanthropists and people in implementing the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.

At the same time, Colonel Nguyen Hong Nguyen noted that in the coming time, the Provincial Police will continue to advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Steering Committee for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province to effectively implement the Project to support the construction of houses for poor and near-poor households facing housing difficulties in the province; continue to coordinate with relevant units to mobilize union members, youth, armed forces, socio-political organizations, relatives, and the community to actively participate in supporting the construction of houses for people; promote the dissemination of good and effective practices in implementing the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, contributing to spreading the good image of the Police force, local authorities, and the consensus and support of the people for the policy of supporting the construction of houses for poor and near-poor households of the Party and State. The Provincial Police force continues to promote the spirit of "humanity and solidarity" of the police officers, pioneering and exemplary, accompanying the province to effectively implement the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, for the prosperous and happy life of the people.
