Provincial Party Secretary receives citizens in February

- Morning of February 28, Comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, periodically received citizens in February 2025 .

Also attending were Comrade Phung Quang Hoi, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; and leaders of relevant agencies and units.

Here, the Provincial Party Secretary received citizen Phan Thi Len, residing in Po Len Pa Oi village, Loc Binh town, Loc Binh district, whose land was recovered in the Loc Binh No. 1 bridge project, traffic road and resettlement area of Luc Thon commune. The citizen requested the competent authority to consider the compensation level for site clearance to implement the project and pay attention to stabilizing people's lives after the land is recovered.

After listening to the citizens' petition , the Provincial Party Secretary requested relevant agencies and units to explain and clarify the content of the petition; clearly explain the state's regulations when implementing the project and the policies and regimes that citizens are entitled to according to regulations.

At the same time, the Provincial Party Secretary directly clarified the citizens' petitions; at the same time, he affirmed that the contents of the citizens' petitions have been implemented by competent agencies, units and individuals in accordance with the procedures and order prescribed by law.

He requested: The authorities, especially the People's Committee of Loc Binh district, continue to coordinate with relevant sectors to review, consider, and resolve policies for families quickly and promptly, ensuring compliance with the law, not allowing backlogs, prolongation, and citizens to make repeated petitions.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that Ms. Phan Thi Len's family will soon agree and comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, so that the project implementation can ensure progress and time, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development in the district and the province.

After receiving citizens, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to coordinate with relevant agencies to announce the results of receiving citizens according to regulations.
