Through the actual inspection at the Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs, it shows that: The Party Committee of the Department has done a good job of disseminating Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo, Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW of the Politburo and the conclusions, programs and plans of the Provincial Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party through Party activities, disseminated through the VNPT-iOffice system to 100% of cadres, party members and civil servants. Issued many plans and specific guidance documents to direct subordinate Party cells to implement on schedule. Launched emulation movements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels. Implemented the merger of the organizational apparatus of the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee, Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW of the Politburo and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently. The Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs has advised the province to conduct a preliminary review of the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's Overall Project No. 22 on piloting the consolidation of a number of provincial and district-level agencies, advising on reviewing and perfecting the organization of the Party organization and local agencies, streamlining the organization and internal focal points of each organization in the direction of reducing focal points, reducing intermediate levels, reducing deputy levels; dissolving or rearranging ineffective organizations, overlapping functions and tasks, restructuring and improving the quality of the staff, civil servants and public employees.
Concluding the inspection session, Comrade Ly Thi Lan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang Province, Head of the inspection delegation, requested: The Party Committee of the Department of Home Affairs continues to disseminate and promptly and fully implement the instructions of the Politburo and the Provincial Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels, supplement the plan for organizing Party Congresses at all levels. Uphold the sense of responsibility and proactively do a good job of advising the province to issue important documents on streamlining the administrative apparatus according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee and the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient; carefully assess difficulties and obstacles and advise on solutions to overcome them; have statistics on specific needs for leave in accordance with procedures and processes and ensure proper implementation of policies and regimes for civil servants and public employees when they leave work.
