And then Huong Giang came to the art of music as a fate when musician An Thuyen recognized her talent. He encouraged her to go to Hanoi to study vocal music to pursue a professional path.

On the journey of nurturing her passion and desire to preserve folk materials in modern music trends, Huong Giang has never once thought of giving up. To enjoy the sweet fruits of her success, she had to go through many harsh experiences in life.

Huong Giang was not afraid of hardships and volunteered to be a singer for the Art Troupe of Military Region 9 when she was only 21 years old - 6 years working here and 7 years at the Army Music and Dance Theater gave her a lot of experience in artistic activities and teaching at the Army University of Culture and Arts.

“The most feared thing about teaching vocal music is the lack of experience because the knowledge in books is only a part. I am fortunate to have experienced many artistic environments to be able to accumulate and learn, and bring data from life into lectures for students. The trip to Truong Sa in 2015 helped me understand more about the life of a soldier, reminding myself to live a better, more responsible life, worthy of the sacrifices of the soldiers who day and night protect the sea and sky of the Fatherland," she shared.
