On the afternoon of November 17, speaking with VietNamNet reporters, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Chau Duc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province confirmed that the Chairman of the District People's Committee had just issued a decision to transfer Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Principal of Hoa Dao Kindergarten, to be Principal of Anh Duong Kindergarten.

Ms. Hang replaced her predecessor, Ms. Phan Thi Han Hue, who was dismissed on her own will on November 6.

As reported, recently, at Anh Duong Kindergarten, there was a scandal about the teacher's meal "30 thousand VND but only 2 pieces of ham" causing a stir in public opinion.

On September 19, at a dialogue with the Chairman of Chau Duc district, many teachers burst into tears when talking about the poor meals, saying they did not dare to speak up for fear of being persecuted.

After that, the District Inspectorate decided to conduct a comprehensive inspection of this kindergarten.

According to the inspection conclusion, in the school's operations, there are a series of shortcomings, limitations and deficiencies in implementing democratic regulations, increasing income, implementing labor contracts, financial transparency, etc.

From there, the Inspector recommended that the principal thoroughly handle the limitations and shortcomings and the District Chairman handle the responsibilities of Ms. Hue as principal and related individuals.

However, before the inspection conclusion, in mid-October, Ms. Hue submitted a resignation letter for health reasons. Ms. Hue also admitted to shortcomings in management and direction, causing internal disunity.
