On the occasion of the 135th anniversary of the province's founding (March 21, 1890 - March 21, 2025) and the opening of the cultural, sports and tourism festival of Thai Binh province, on the morning of March 21, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held an incense offering ceremony to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Uncle Ho Temple; Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese Farmers; Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh at Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh Monument (October 14 Square); Vietnamese Heroic Mother Temple (Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City) and heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs Temple.

Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, National Assembly Delegation; leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches, sectors and organizations.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates offered incense and flowers, observed a moment of silence and expressed their infinite gratitude to the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of the nation, an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement. He devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace, national independence and people's happiness.

Delegates came to offer incense and flowers to commemorate comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, an outstanding son of his homeland Thai Binh, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh who sacrificed his whole life for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the Party's ideals, and for the happiness of the people.

At the Temple of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, delegates offered incense and spent a minute of silence to express their deep gratitude for the great contributions of Vietnamese heroic mothers, indomitable women who have devoted and sacrificed greatly for the cause of national liberation, for peace, prosperity and happiness today.

At the Provincial Martyrs' Temple, provincial leaders and delegates respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of heroic martyrs to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

In front of the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, heroic Vietnamese mothers and heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government and people of Thai Binh vow to follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho for the rest of their lives, continue to promote the traditions of their homeland, unite to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; focus on improving the quality of Party building work and the political system; constantly study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, promote rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, enter a new era - the era of national growth with all new confidence and motivation; continue to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements, strive to excellently complete all set goals and tasks, and build Thai Binh to become more and more developed.
