To avoid the hot weather that has lasted for many days, Quang Binh people, in addition to choosing cool entertainment areas such as streams, beaches... also go to Ta Phan village's lotus pond to take pictures, enjoy the cool breeze in the middle of the fields and enjoy a cup of strong lotus tea.

Ta Phan lotus pond is planted with an area of 3.5 hectares, located in the center of the village. This is a startup model of a 9x guy who used to work in Russia, then returned to grow lotus, cherishing the dream of opening an eco-tourism destination, selling products grown in his hometown.

Each entrance ticket costs 20,000 VND/person. Here, in addition to being able to freely take pictures with the vast "sea of lotus", customers can also buy flowers for decoration at 7,000 VND/plant.
The owner of the lotus pond, Mr. Le Duy Trinh (27 years old, Duy Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district) also makes lotus tea himself, serving customers to enjoy tea right in the garden.

"In addition to growing lotus with the desire to develop tourism, I also sell lotus seeds, lotus tea, lotus leaves... so that customers have the opportunity to experience products made from this national flower. The lotus here is all grown organically, so the products are guaranteed to be safe," said Mr. Trinh.

Ta Phan village lotus pond currently serves mainly in the early morning and afternoon. According to Mr. Trinh, there are days when customers sit and drink tea, enjoy the breeze, and chat until late at night before returning because the air here is cool and fresh.
