The highlight of the spring travel journey at Gia Lai Provincial Museum attracts a large number of tourists to visit, experience the exhibition rooms, display and check-in the flower street at Dai Doan Ket Square, take souvenir photos next to the statue of Uncle Ho, the statue of Hero Nup, the Stor resistance village model, the island model, explore the folk wooden statues to learn more about the cultural and spiritual life of the ethnic minorities here.

To serve the needs of tourists coming to visit, have fun, and learn about culture, right before Tet, the Museum has developed a plan and assigned specific Tet duty schedules to each department in the unit, to serve visitors to the Museum.
This year, in addition to visiting the exhibition rooms in the museum, visitors can also visit the "garden of statues and flowers" and the "Memories of Pleiku" photo exhibition. The exhibition introduces to the public more than 200 images, documents, and excerpts from Pleiku photos in the 60s and 70s of the 20th century collected by the Provincial Museum, combined with photos of a modern Pleiku (by many authors). In addition, the Museum cooperated with the Pleiku Vietnamese calligraphy club to decorate calligraphy at 02 kiosks and the octagonal house in the Dai Doan Ket Square area.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Phuong - a tourist from Quy Nhon city (Binh Dinh) shared: Visiting Gia Lai Provincial Museum, the most interesting thing is seeing hundreds of wooden statues imbued with the cultural nuances of ethnic minorities. Through the wooden statues, I somehow understand more about the culture and life of the ethnic minorities here.
Many young people share that coming to the museum at the beginning of the year is to find a peaceful space, not only to comfortably admire their favorite works but also to have moments of relaxation after a busy year at work. Returning to Pleiku City to celebrate Tet with his family, Nguyen Tien Thinh did not forget to set aside some time to learn and visit the cultural and heritage spaces at the Gia Lai Provincial Museum. Tien Thinh shared: This is the first time coming to the Museum. I like the space displaying folk statues of the ethnic groups in the Central Highlands the most. The works here are really attractive and give me energy at the beginning of the new year, everything is gentle and quiet. The exhibition space is not only beautiful but also located right in the center, so it is very convenient.
Visitors to the Museum are not only impressed by the cultural features but also take souvenir photos with family, relatives and friends on the occasion of the traditional New Year of At Ty 2025.
